Painting and calligraphy
Ahmed Amir Jabir
Ahmed Amir Jabir is an artist,
educator and research worker who was prize-winning
in several national and international competitions.
H e masters arts, design and visual cultures, and
graduated from Applied Fine-arts school of Khartoum,
as well as other art academies abroad. In spite his
participation in several collective presentations;
he organized a number of individual exhibitions, in
Sudan as well as abroad; especially two exhibitions
concerning the poetry of the poet T.S.Eliot
(1888-1965).
He taught in different institutions, as Youth and
Children Palace of Omdurman, the Faculty of Applied
fine-arts in the University of Sudan, and the (south
Thames College) in London.
